Adult open Gym - Every Tuesday  from 8:00-9:30. Open to all ages 16 and older. Members receive a discount and student passes are available.

Non-members must have a release form signed.

We have launched this website to provide you with an easy way to keep informed about the happenings at Midwest Gymnastics & Cheerleading. In this site you will find information regarding the gymnastics and cheerleading programs, class schedules, forms, facility information, coach biographies and news.

We are an established gym with over 15 years of operations.  All of the staff is highly trained and certified. Our business is constantly upgrading itself with the newest equipment, staff development, and course enhancement.  Our business practices and reputation has kept us a leader in the business and competitive field of gymnastics and cheerleading.

We value each child's potential and believe that winning isn't everything but training to be the best you can is!
